I've used this family company twice now. They are reliable, professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. What amazes me most, though, is a human being answered the phone at 7 am (weekday) when I expected to leave voicemail, and I had someone at my house by noon the same day. They do emergency work on weekends.

I am so so glad that we hired L&R electric. They came and installed three ceiling fans for us upstairs. When they went to install them none of them were up to code. Which isn't shocking because the previous owners of our home were do it themselves types of people and cut corners. With a new baby on the way having everything up to code was vital to me and I knew that the changes were made safely for our son. They also installed a generator outlet for us and new panel. This was so important to me because we went five days without water and power last year during the storm, and we will have a newborn during that time. They did an amazing job and the price was perfect. Of course there were some surprises, but they explained everything and were able to work with us on price the best they could. I will be hiring them for projects in the future!
